NNU Staff Nurse Assembly
Washington DC, 2010

Wednesday, March 12, 2010 UMPNC Officers, Reps, and MNA Delegates assembled with over 1,000 nurses from across the nation in Washington DC and marched from Union Station to the Capital rallying in solidarity for the first time as the newly formed NNU. Legislative visits were made to gain support for patient safety and new national standards for patient care conditions and for standards for nurses.
